Pilates Rehabilitation

A rehabilitation session at step pilates and yoga combines breath work with strengthening, stability and flexibility exercises based on information learned through courses and experience gained teaching clients over a number of years. Exercises will include the use of a variety of equipment pieces to address movement imbalances and muscle dysfunctions. Clients may also find breathing advice with adopted postures may also positively effect the nervous, endocrine and metabolic systems. A rehabilitation session is designed to enable creation of a home program that suits a clients lifestyle.
